He is currently an associate professor in the Department of Educational Psychology and Didactics at the University of Alicante and school counselor. 

He is PhD in the Evolutionary and Educational Psychology (University of Murcia, Spain), Bachelor of Psychopedagogy and Diploma in Teaching (University of Alicante, Spain). He completed specific academic training (Master and specialization) of neuroscience. He completes his academic training in humanities (philosophy and education).

He has developed different functions in education: School Principal (2006-2013), boss of the Pedagogical Innovation Department (2013-2018), Teacher in Primary School (2002-2016), School Counselor (2010 to present), teacher of Philosophy (2018-2023), associate professor at the University of Murcia (2015-2016) and University of Alicante (2016 to present).

Author and collaborator in publications related to the field of Emotional Intelligence, creativity, personality and pedagogical innovation. He works in the Comprehensive Research Group on Typical and Atypical Neurodevelopment (GINTA) of the University of Alicante.
