I obtained my B.A. in Economics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, specializing in Economic Analysis. I subsequently completed the M.Sc. in Quantitative Economics at the University of Alicante, within the QED (Quantitative Economics Doctoral Programme), where I received advanced training in econometrics, macroeconomics, and quantitative methods.
I am currently a Ph.D. student in Economics at the University of Alicante. My research lies at the intersection of macroeconomics and finance, with a particular focus on macro-finance and applied econometrics. I work on identification and forecasting methods in commodity markets, as well as on the empirical analysis of monetary policy and expectations. I also maintain an active interest in international trade and in quantitative approaches to studying the transmission of macroeconomic shocks.
