A qualified Early Childhood Education teacher specializing in Special Education, she is also a Psychopedagogue and holds a PhD in Educational Research from the University of Alicante (graduating with highest honors).
She is currently an Assistant Professor in the area of ¿¿Didactics and School Organization within the Department of Developmental Psychology and Didactics at the Faculty of Education, University of Alicante.
She has conducted research stays at universities in Spain and Italy. Her main research interests include hearing impairment, inclusive education, teamwork, and school refusal.
