Ana Aldeguer González is a pre-doctoral researcher at the University of Alicante and a freelance graphic designer. She is currently carrying out her doctoral thesis in the field of photography within the Doctoral Programme in Business, Economics and Society, in the research line Communication, Behaviour and Society, under an FPU 2024 pre-doctoral contract funded by the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities.
She specialises in editorial design, exhibition design and photography, and combines her research activity with professional practice. She has worked in design teams in advertising agencies and companies from different sectors at a national level, and has collaborated with design studios such as Lacasta Design, as well as with artists, particularly professional photographers.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design (EASD Alicante), is a Higher Technician in Advertising Graphics (EASD Orihuela), and has completed a Master’s Degree in Artistic Photography (UNIR) and a Master’s Degree in Teacher Training (University of Alicante).
Her academic and creative trajectory has been recognised with distinctions such as the Extraordinary Award of the Region of Valencia for the Higher Diploma in Advertising Graphics, High Distinction in her Final Degree Project (EASD Alicante) and in her Final Higher Diploma Project (EASD Orihuela), as well as a nomination for the Gaudemus Projecta awards for the best final degree projects in Design, and selection for the collective photography exhibition EAVisiona 2025 (EASD Jaén).
She has taught at secondary education level and has given talks at the Schools of Art and Design (EASD Alicante and EASD Orihuela), as well as a specialised course on portfolio and dossier design for photographers in Madrid.
