Holds a Doctorate in Sport Science from the prestigious University of Granada. With a decade of experience as a faculty member in the Department of Sports at the Catholic University of San Antonio de Murcia, I have specialized in teaching team sports and sports training methodologies. Since 2017, I have expanded my academic pursuits to the Department of General Didactics and Specific Didactics at the University of Alicante.
My research interests have led to a substantial body of publications focusing on the enhancement of decision-making processes within sports, innovative teaching strategies, and the cultivation of athletic talent. As a member of the research group "Structure and processes involved in interaction sports" at the University of Granada and the Society for the Study of Judgments and Decision Making, I am actively engaged in the academic community.
Beyond my academic roles, I have a rich history as a basketball coach spanning over 25 years. My experience encompasses both youth development and high-performance levels, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of the athlete's journey.
