Dr. José Abreu Salas is a researcher at the University of Alicante, Spain. He has contributed to more than 25 scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals and conferences. His research focused on structural pattern recognition, developing new algorithms for prototype construction of string data, the median string, and its application to classification problems.

Currently, he is interested in Auto Machine Learning (AutoML) frameworks applications for end-to-end Natural Language Processing and Deep Learning for network analysis.
