Course context for academic year 2014-15
Asignatura de segundo curso incluida dentro de la materia obligatoria Gestión de la calidad y del medio ambiente de las empresas y organizaciones turísticas. Esta asignatura está relacionada con una asignatura sobre gestión medioambiental (41020 - Implantación de sistemas de gestión ambiental en empresas y organizaciones turísticas) que permiten conocer las competencias básicas sobre la implantación de aspectos relacionados con la calidad y el medio ambiente en organizaciones turísticas, y complementa a otras asignaturas de primer curso sobre gestión empresarial (41005 - Dirección estratégica y gestión de empresas de ocio y turismo; 41007 - Dirección y proyectos de empresas de oferta complementaria).
