Los objetivos específicos de la asignatura consisten en: Conocer la normativa y la legislación aplicable al Patrimonio Edificado. Realizar diagnósticos en edificios con problemas, apoyados en técnicas instrumentales. Saber desarrolar y gestionar un proyecto de intervención en el patrimonio edificado.
