Course context for academic year 2014-15
La asignatura introduce a los principios básicos de valoración de activos inmobiliarios, tanto desde la perspectiva técnica como desde el análisis del mercado. Comienza introduciendo los conceptos más generales en los que se fundamenta el concepto de valor que orientan las metodologías de valoración de inmuebles, tanto técnicas como económicas. A continuación se explican las metodologías habituales, contenidas en la normativa española y europea, para valorar bienes inmobiliarios residenciales desde el punto de vista técnico. La asignatura igualmente introduce los principios generales de valoración de activos financieros inmobiliarios. Se analiza la normativa española y la europea y se concentra la asignatura en la valoración de viviendas.

General Competences (CG)
- CG10 : Learn how company financial management systems operate. Banking structure, means of payment.
- CG8 : To facilitate decision-making, understand such concepts as inflation, GDP, public sector, investment, housing policy and bidding and their implications for development companies.
Specific Competences (CE)
- CE16 : Capacity to recognise the behaviour and evolution of the housing sales market so as to carry out investment projects.
- CE17 : Capacity to calculate the final sales price of real-estate assets.
- CE18 : Understand and manage the land market.
- CE19 : Capacity to analyse real-estate market studies, marketing and commercial strategies of real-estate promotions.
