Course context for academic year 2010-11
El enfoque que se pretende dar es el de realizar una introducción a la gestión de los recursos humanos y de uno mismo como persona.
Como objetivos:
- Conocer el área de los recursos humanos dentro de la empresa y su funcionamiento.
- Conocer las habilidades directivas y de interrelación que deben tener los gestores.
- Conocer y saber aplicar en que consiste el liderazgo.
- Entender la necesidad de la mejora contínua.
