Course context for academic year 2023-24
Las prácticas externas son fundamentales para que los estudiantes entren en contacto con el mundo laboral en el que van a desrrollar su futuro profesional. Los estudiantes realizan 5 prácticas obligatorias de 6 créditos a lo largo de la titulación, distribuidos de la siguiente forma: 2 en 2º curso, 1 en 3º y 2 en 4º. En cada una de las asignaturas hay que hacer 105 horas. Este practicum en particular se situa en cuarto curso y es el último al que se enfrentan los estudiantes.

Transversal Competences
- CT1 : Leer y comprender textos en un idioma extranjero
- CT2 : Demostrar destrezas y habilidades en informática y sistemas informacionales
- CT3 : Demostrar habilidades en comunicación oral y escrita
General Competences
- CG1 : Ser capaz de trabajar en equipo y de organizar y planificar actividades en el ámbito de las empresas del sector gastronómico
- CG3 : Resolver tareas o realizar trabajos profesionales en el ámbito gastronómico en el tiempo asignado para ello, manteniendo la calidad del resultado.
- CG4 : Ser capaz de realizar las aproximaciones requeridas con el objeto de reducir un problema del ámbito de estudio hasta un nivel manejable.
- CG7 : Saber aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos en el ámbito de estudio al mundo profesional de la gastronomía, contribuyendo al desarrollo de los Derechos Humanos, de los principios democráticos, de los principios de igualdad de género, de solidaridad, de protección del medio ambiente y de fomento de la cultura de la paz.
Specific Competences
- CE4 : Ser capaz de aplicar los conceptos básicos de marketing al análisis y gestión de la empresa, atendiendo a los procesos de producción y comercialización, a la orientación al cliente, a la rentabilidad del negocio y a la normativa vigente
- CE6 : Conocer y saber utilizar el instrumental y los sistemas de conservación, almacenamiento y envasado de productos alimentarios y las posibles modificaciones en las propiedades finales del producto
