Course context for academic year 2019-20

La asignatura de Equipos de obra, instalaciones y medios auxiliares está enmarcada dentro de la materia Gestión del Proceso dentro de la titulación de Grado en Arquitectura Técnica. La asignatura esta planteada para que el alumno adquiera conocimientos sobre los bienes de equipo de los que puede disponer para ejecutar una obra de edificación según lo establecido en el Proyecto de Ejecución. Se considera necesario conocer los tipos, usos, características, medidas de seguridad…etc de los equipos de obra, instalaciones y medios auxiliares que afectan e intervienen tanto en la organización como en la planificación y la ejecución de una obra de edificación. Para comprender la asignatura es necesario que el alumno tenga ya unos conocimientos previos sobre procesos, sistemas constructivos y materiales necesarios para cada fase de la obra. Por ello esta asignatura está muy relacionada con asignaturas de semestres anteriores de la titulación. También deberá servir de base para poder cursar asignaturas de semestres siguientes englobadas dentro de áreas tan especificas como son: la Seguridad y la Prevención, la Organización, Medición, Certificación y Valoración de la obra,…etc

Durante el semestre se trabajará sobre la posibilidad de realizar alguna visita a obras o empresas relacionadas con la asignatura.

Specific Competences (CE)

  • E17 : Capacity to programme and organise building processes, site equipment and the technical and human resources needed to execute and maintain them.
  • E18 : Understand building law and that of the contractual relationships that arise at different stages of the building process, as well as the legislation, regulations and specific standards relating to prevention and coordination in the field of health and safety during building work.
  • E21 : Ability to analyse, design and execute solutions to facilitate universal accessibility in buildings and their surroundings.
  • E30 : Capacity to analyse working projects and transfer them to the execution of work.
  • E31 : Understand the functions and responsibilities of the agents intervening in building and their professional or business organisation. Administrative, management and processing procedures.
