  ORGANISATION OF ADVERTISING AND PUBLIC RELATIONS COMPANIES

Competencies and objectives

 

Course context for academic year 2022-23

De acuerdo con el perfil profesional propio del grado, el alumno, una vez cursadas materias introductorias sobre estrategia y organización de empresas puede optar por la gestión de empresas publicitarias o incluso la creación de empresas bajo una actitud emprendedora.

En cualquiera de los dos casos, a través de esta asignatura, el alumno será capaz de desarrollar una idea de negocio a través del diseño e implantación de un plan empresarial bajo unas determinadas condiciones de mercado. Para ello, deberá tomar decisiones relativas a determinados aspectos estratégicos de la organización tales como la dirección de recursos humanos, la gestión operativa y comercial o las decisiones de carácter económico.
