Course context for academic year 2018-19
Introducción al Derecho Procesal es una asignatura de las consideradas básicas en la formación de cualquier jurista, y se inserta en un contexto de aproximación al Derecho como corresponde a las asignaturas del primer año del Grado en Derecho, de los Estudio de Derecho y Administración de Empresas y Derecho y Criminología. El alumnado conocerá que junto a las normas reguladoras de derechos y obligaciones también se regulan los instrumentos que permiten solventar los conflictos en que aquéllos se involucren, aprendiendo los fundamentos del sistema español de Justicia y las nociones elementales teórico-orgánicas de lo que en el lenguaje común se conocen como juicios.

- CE4 : Capacity to handle legal sources (legal, jurisprudential and doctrinal).
- CE7 : Capacity to write legal documents.
- CE8 : Master computer techniques for obtaining legal information (legislative, jurisprudential and bibliographical databases) and have the ability to use the Internet to obtain information and communicate data.
- CE9 : Acquire critical conscience in analysing legal codes and the development of legal dialectics.
