Course context for academic year 2021-22

Tras haber adquirido unos conocimientos básicos acerca del sistema jurídico procesal español, a través de la asignatura "Introducción al Derecho Procesal", la asignatura de "Proceso Penal" profundiza en la estructura, desarrollo y principios del proceso penal. El perfil más completo de un jurista-criminólogo requiere del conocimiento de este proceso, sus límites, sus garantías y desarrollo, así como de un estudio pormenorizado de la prueba penal.
