Course context for academic year 2022-23

El Grado en Biología incluye dentro de su programación docente la realización de prácticas externas pre-profesionales curriculares y extracurriculares en entidades colaboradoras (instituciones y empresas públicas o privadas) que desarrollen su actividad en campos afines a la formación impartida en el Grado en Biología. Las "prácticas externas curriculares" de naturaleza optativa y equivalentes a una asignatura de 6 créditos ECTS se ofertan en el cuarto curso (en ambos semestres) como dos asignaturas denominadas Prácticas externas A y Prácticas externas B, vinculadas a los dos itinerarios de optatividad del título (Itinerario 1: Biología Ambiental (Prácticas externas A) e Itinerario 2: Biotecnología y Biosanitaria (Prácticas externas B))

Estas prácticas tienen como objetivos principales: (i) que los alumnos puedan completar su formación a través de un contacto con el mundo laboral antes de terminar sus estudios y (ii) conocer las necesidades del mercado laboral y conectar dichas actividades con aquellas de carácter formativo de la Universidad.

  • CE34 : Plan, design and execute practical research studies, evaluating the results.
  • CE35 : Interpret data gathered from observation and measurement in the laboratory and the field.
  • CE36 : Prepare, present and defend scientific and technical reports both in writing and orally to an audience.
  • CE37 : Ability to find, analyse, understand and write scientific and technical texts.
  • CE38 : Use inductive and deductive methods correctly in the field of Biology.
