We invite our students to embark upon the most fascinating journey ever made: the exploration of Cosmos. We will start from the environs of our home, in the Solar System, and will get to the limits of the observable Universe.

Specific objectives stated by the academic staff for academic year 2019-20

Invitamos a nuestros alumnos a embarcarse en el más fascinate viaje jamás realizado: la exploración del Cosmos. Partiremos desde los aledaños de nuestro hogar, en el Sistema Solar, y llegaremos hasta los confines del Universo observable. En el transcurso de este viaje nos enfrentaremos a fascinantes enigmas científicos: ¿cómo nacen, viven y mueren las estrellas?, ¿qué son los púlsares y los agujeros negros?, ¿cómo se originó el Universo?, ¿tiene límites? ¿Qué conocemos de los planetas extrasolares? A bordo de la nave Ciencia navegaremos por el espacio y el tiempo visitando planetas gigantes, vientos estelares, estrellas convulsas y galaxias en colisión.
