Course context for academic year 2014-15
The asignatura pretends to facilitate the indispensable knowledges on the system of sources of the Right in general and loan the relative specific training to the Environmental Right, with the aim to know the main juridical instruments for the environmental protection, as well as the juridical diet of the environmental sectors that comport an intervention on the agents contaminantes or that are referred to the protection of the natural resources.

Transversal Competences
- CT1 : Posee habilidades relacionadas con las herramientas informáticas y con las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación, así como en el acceso a bases de datos en línea, como puede ser bibliografía científica, bases de patentes y de legislación.
- CT2 : Posee habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita en castellano. Es capaz de elaborar y defender proyectos.

- CF10 : Conoce en profundidad la legislación sectorial vigente en materia de medio ambiente.
- CF11 : Interpreta y aplica correctamente los textos normativos relacionados con el Derecho Ambiental.
- CF12 : Conoce los instrumentos jurídicos utilizados por las Administraciones Públicas para la protección del medio ambiente y de los recursos naturales.
- CF9 : Domina los conceptos y conoce las instituciones que regulan el Derecho Ambiental.
