Course context for academic year 2014-15
Asignatura de segundo curso incluida dentro de la materia obligatoria Gestión de la calidad y el medio ambiente de las empresas y organizaciones turísticas. Esta asignatura está relacionada con la asignatura 41019 sobre implantación de sistemas de calidad, y complementa a otras asignaturas de primer curso sobre gestión empresarial, como la 41005 sobre Dirección estratégica y gestión de empresas de ocio y turismo.

Con esta asignatura se pretende analizar las influencias recíprocas entre empresa turística y medio ambiente, examinando las principales herramientas de gestión ambiental en estas empresas. Se profundizará especialmente en la implantación de sistemas de gestión ambiental (norma ISO 14001 y reglamento EMAS).
