Competencies and objectives

 

Course context for academic year 2018-19

El Trabajo Fin de Grado (TFG) se imparte en el segundo trimestre de cuarto curso del Grado en  RRLL y RRHH. Su carga lectiva es de 6 créditos ECTS, que se traducirán en 150 horas del estudiante.

El TFG está regulado por lo que dispone el plan de estudios, por la normativa de la UA al respecto, así, así como por el Reglamento sobre TFG/Trabajos Fin de Master desarrollada por la Facultad de Derecho, normativa a la que se remite para los aspectos no recogidos en esta guía docente.

Como prerrequisitos, el plan de estudios prevé que:

- Para la evaluación el Trabajo de Fin de Grado se debe acreditar como mínimo un nivel B1 del marco de Referencia Europeo para las lenguas modernas, aunque se recomienda el B2.

- Asimismo, para cursar el Trabajo Fin de Grado, el alumnado debe cumplir los requisitos establecidos en la “Normativa de permanencia y continuación de estudios para los estudiantes matriculados en Títulos de Grado de la Universidad de Alicante” vigente.

  • CG1 : Capacity for critical analysis of the decisions taken by economic agents and those participating in labour relations.
  • CG2 : Capacity to interrelate the different disciplines making up labour relations.
  • CG3 : Capacity to appreciate the dynamic, changing nature of labour relations nationally and internationally.
  • CG5 : Capacity to relate social processes with the dynamics of labour relations.

Specific Competences (CE)

  • CE1 : Capacity to develop research projects in the workplace.
  • CE11 : Capacity to interpret socioeconomic data and indicators relating to the labour market.

  • CE16 : Capacity to communicate orally and in writing using the appropriate terminology and techniques.
  • CE17 : Capacity to apply information and communications technologies in different fields of activity.
  • CE18 : Capacity to select and manage professional labour information and documentation.
  • CE2 : Capacity to analyse and diagnose, provide support and take decisions with regard to organisational structure, organisation of work, studies of methods and working times.
  • CE3 : Capacity to participate in the preparation and design of organisational strategies, developing the human resources strategy of the organisation.
  • CE4 : Capacity to apply techniques and make decisions with regard to human resources management (remuneration, selection policies).
