Course context for academic year 2019-20
This subject requires knowledge about a course of Analysis of a real variable I and II, and Linear Algebra I. The fundamental purpose is to provide to the student a solid base in the differential calculation of several variables, showing besides distinct classical applications. In this way the student will be able to tackle successfully the study of subjects more advanced of the theory of real and complex functions.

- CE1 : Know and apply the fundamental concepts of Physics.
- CE11 : Solve qualitative and quantitative problems using previously developed models.
- CE14 : Prepare, present and defend scientific reports both in writing and orally in front of an audience
- CE17 : Solve mathematical problems using basic calculus skills and other techniques.
- CE2 : Recognize and assess physical processes in everyday life.
- CE3 : Be able to estimate ranges of magnitude in order to interpret various phenomena. To carry out the approximations required in order to reduce problems to a manageable level. Develop intuition in Physics.
