Course context for academic year 2019-20

Las matemáticas son una herramienta básica para el estudio de las ciencias experimentales. Su ubicación en el primer curso dentro de las enseñanzas comunes de formación básica del grado de Ciencias del Mar permite consolidar el conocimiento que deberían haber adquirido los alumnos durante el Bachillerato y además aportar las herramientas básicas para la elaboración, estudio y simulación de diferentes modelos dinámicos biológicos.

  • CE5 : Acquire a basic understanding of mathematics (algebra and calculus) and statistics.
  • CE6 : Know and understand the essential facts, concepts, principles and theories related to marine sciences and their relationship with other sciences.

  • CE22 : Capacity to gather data (oceanographic, biological, sediment, logical, chemical, etc.), evaluate, process and interpret it as per the theories in use.
