Course context for academic year 2016-17
El Derecho de la Nacionalidad y la Extranjería es la rama del ordenamiento jurídico español que se encarga de regular por un lado, las formas de adquisición, pérdida y recuperación de la nacionalidad española; y por otro, el estatuto administrativo del extranjero, así como el régimen sancionador en materia de extranjería. El proceso de integración a nivel comunitario unido al incremento de los movimientos migratorios internacionales –cada vez más frecuentes- han convertido a España en un país receptor de inmigración, en una sociedad multicultural. Es por ello que los estudiantes que cursan el grado de Derecho deben ser conscientes de esta realidad, conocer las herramientas legales y saber aplicarlas para garantizar una adecuada regulación de estas relaciones y reflexionar sobre los principios que deben inspirar dicha regulación.

- CE5 : Develop legal oratory. Capacity to express oneself correctly in front of an audience.
- CE6 : Capacity to read and interpret legal texts.
- CE7 : Capacity to write legal documents.
- CE9 : Acquire critical conscience in analysing legal codes and the development of legal dialectics.
