Course context for academic year 2014-15
En la asignatura “Derecho de la Unión Europea” se explica y estudia el origen y evolución del proceso de integración europea, los objetivos, principios y valores de la Unión Europea, así como sus Instituciones, sistema jurídico y su relación con los ordenamientos internos, sistema jurisdiccional, protección de los derechos fundamentales y estatuto de ciudadanía. Así, pues, esta asignatura contribuye al perfil profesional del título y al desarrollo de las competencias específicas y genéricas del mismo al ofrecer el conocimiento de la base de todo el ordenamiento europeo. El papel de la asignatura dentro del plan de estudios se articula dentro de los conocimientos básicos, estando conectada con los demás conocimientos jurídicos del plan de estudios.
