Estudio de lesiones en edificación: cimientos, estructura, fábricas e instalaciones. Diagnóstico, causas y sistemas de intervención. Mantenimiento, Inspección técnica e informes de conservación de edificios.

  • E10 : Ability to rehabilitate buildings and restore and preserve the Architectural Heritage.
  • E11 : Capacity to draft manuals and maintenance plans and manage their implantation in buildings.
  • E9 : Capacity to pass judgement on the causes and manifestations of building lesions, propose solutions to avoid or rectify the pathologies and analyse the useful life cycle of building elements and systems.
