Course context for academic year 2026-27
La presente asignatura se considera un elemento idóneo para la formación en Recursos Humanos en la empresa, dado que complementa los estudios clásicos, de Derecho del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social, con los relativos al más reciente Derecho de la Seguridad y Salud Laboral. Constituye un complemento de la asignatura dada en el tercer curso, Principios de prevención de riesgos laborales y acción social en la empresa, al incluir las obligaciones y actuaciones a llevar a cabo por el empresario en orden a la prevención de riesgos laborales en la empresa. Comprende el conocimiento, configuración, implantación y seguimiento/control de dichas actuaciones empresariales y de las entidades que colaboran en dicho cometido.
