Course context for academic year 2026-27

Tras el estudio de lasnormas y conceptos básicos de Derecho del trabajo en los cursos anteriores, esta asignatura pretende ofrecer al alumno un complemento a la materia ya conocida y asimilada, por el que se le ayude a comprender y manejar las fuentes que rigen la disciplina, lo que proporciona al alumno capcidad y destrezas suficientes para resolver los problemas prácticos que se derivan de la aplicación de las diversas normas laborales a los múltiples conflictos que pueden ser sometidos a su criterio profesional

  • RA01 : Critically analyse the decisions emanating from economic agents and those involved in labour relations.
  • RA12 : Advise trade union and business organisations, and their affiliates.
  • RA13 : Advise and/or manage employment, employment contracts and working conditions
  • RA15 : Assume technical representation in the administrative and procedural field.
  • RA24 : Adopt values of sustainability and social equity, supporting the equality of women and men, the elimination of all discriminatory practices, social inclusion, justice, peace and democratic and human rights principles and values.

  • RA25 : Achieve a critical understanding of the complexity of socio-environmental challenges and problems, including the analysis of the structural roots of gender inequalities, discrimination and social exclusion, threats to peace and human rights, as well as environmental challenges, from a perspective that promotes sustainable development, democratic values, social equity and the eradication of all forms of violence, especially sexual violence.
