Course context for academic year 2026-27
El Trabajo fin de Grado (TFG) consiste en la realización de un proyecto de naturaleza profesional o académica en el ámbito de la arquitectura técnica en el que se sintetizan e integran las competencias adquiridas durante los estudios de Grado. El trabajo se realizará individualmente, y será presentado y defendido ante un tribunal universitario.
El alumnado podrá matricularse de la asignatura Proyecto Fin de grado (PFG) sólo cuando se hayan superado 168 créditos.
Requisitos de defensa y evaluación del TFG:
- Para la defensa de la memoria del TFG ante el tribunal, deberá tener como máximo dos asignaturas pendientes y el Trabajo Fin de Grado. (BOUA del 28 de febrero de 2025).

- CE33 : Presentation and defense before a university tribunal of a final degree project, consisting of an exercise integrating the training content received and the acquired competencies.
- O1 : To direct the material execution of building works, their installations and elements, carrying out qualitative and quantitative control of what has been built by establishing and managing control plans for materials, systems, and work execution, preparing the corresponding records for their incorporation into the Building Book. To carry out the economic control of the work by preparing certifications and the settlement of the executed work.
- O7 : To provide technical advice in the manufacturing processes of materials and elements used in building construction.
- O8 : To manage the real estate process as a whole. To hold the technical representation of construction companies in building works.
Skills/Competences
- CE01 : Ability to interpret and prepare graphic project documentation, collect data, perform plan surveys, and geometric control of work units.
- CE13 : Ability to apply technical regulations to the building process and generate technical specification documents for building procedures and construction methods.
- CE14 : Aptitude for applying specific regulations on installations to the building process.
- CE15 : Aptitude for the pre-dimensioning, design, calculation, and verification of structures and for directing their material execution.
- CE19 : Aptitude for drafting studies, basic studies, and health and safety plans, and coordinating safety in the project phase or in the work execution phase.
- O2 : To carry out technical activities of calculation, measurements, valuations, appraisals, and economic viability studies; to perform expert opinions, inspections, pathology analyses, and other similar ones, and to draft the corresponding reports, opinions, and technical documents; to carry out plan surveys of plots and buildings

- O6 : To direct and manage the use, conservation, and maintenance of buildings, drafting the necessary technical documents. To prepare studies on the useful life cycle of materials, construction systems, and buildings. To manage the treatment of demolition and construction waste.
