Course context for academic year 2026-27

En el actual contexto de la Calificación y la Certificación energética, el Ministerio de Industria, Energía y Turismo, tiene publicados varios programas informáticos, calificados como "Documentos Reconocidos", que establecen los procedimientos generales para la Certificación Energética de Edificios nuevos y existentes. Dicho procedimiento General se realiza a través del programa conocido como HERRAMIENTA UNIFICADA LIDER-CALENER (HULC).

El Programa informático HULC es una herramienta informática promovida por el Ministerio de Industria, Energía y Turismo, a través del IDAE, y por el Ministerio de Fomento, que permite, por un lado comprobar que las edificaciones cumplen con los límites establecidos de los documentos básicos DB-HE-0 y DB-HE-1, así como obtener la certificación de eficiencia energética de un edificio, tanto en su fase de proyecto como del edificio terminado. el programa consta de las herramientas informáticas para una utilización más fácil por el usuario.

Además, y como resultado de la aparición del RD 235/2013, también han surgido programas de Certificación Energética para edificio existente, a través de procedimientos simplificados. Dichos programas, que también son "Documentos Reconocidos", son los programas CE3, CE3X y CERMA.

Skills/Skills

  • O1 : To direct the material execution of building works, their installations and elements, carrying out qualitative and quantitative control of what has been built by establishing and managing control plans for materials, systems, and work execution, preparing the corresponding records for their incorporation into the Building Book. To carry out the economic control of the work by preparing certifications and the settlement of the executed work.

 

Conocimientos/Contenidos

  • CE12 : Knowledge of the environmental impact assessment of building and demolition processes, sustainability in building, and procedures and techniques for evaluating the energy efficiency of buildings.
  • CG05 : Knowledge of the theoretical foundations and basic principles applied to building, fluid mechanics, hydraulics, electricity and electromagnetism, calorimetry and hygrometry, and acoustics.

 

Skills/Competences

  • CE13 : Ability to apply technical regulations to the building process and generate technical specification documents for building procedures and construction methods.
  • CE14 : Aptitude for applying specific regulations on installations to the building process.
  • CE16 : Ability to constructively develop building installations, control and plan their execution, and verify service and reception tests, as well as their maintenance
  • O3 : To carry out technical activities of calculation, measurements, valuations, appraisals, and economic viability studies; to perform expert opinions, inspections, pathology analyses, and other similar ones, and to draft the corresponding reports, opinions, and technical documents; to carry out plan surveys of plots and buildings
  • O5 : To manage new building technologies and participate in quality management processes in building; to carry out analyses, evaluations, and certifications of energy efficiency, as well as sustainability studies in buildings.
