La asignatura se encuentra en cuarto curso, y es necesario tener adquiridos numerosos conceptos y habilidades en construcción, materiales y estructuras.También se considera que se deberían tener adquiridas numerosas competencias transversales como: capacidad de trabajo en equipo, creatividad, capacidad de resolución de problemas, tener un pensamiento crítico o capacidad de negociación. Capacidades que se seguirán trabajando en esta asignatura.

Skills/Competences

  • CE09 : Ability to rule on the causes and manifestations of defects in buildings, propose solutions to prevent or correct pathologies, and analyze the useful life cycle of elements and construction systems.
  • CE10 : Aptitude for intervening in building rehabilitation and in the restoration and conservation of built heritage.
  • O3 : To carry out technical activities of calculation, measurements, valuations, appraisals, and economic viability studies; to perform expert opinions, inspections, pathology analyses, and other similar ones, and to draft the corresponding reports, opinions, and technical documents; to carry out plan surveys of plots and buildings
  • O6 : To direct and manage the use, conservation, and maintenance of buildings, drafting the necessary technical documents. To prepare studies on the useful life cycle of materials, construction systems, and buildings. To manage the treatment of demolition and construction waste.
