Course context for academic year 2026-27

La asignatura está ubicada en el primer cuatrimestre del cuarto curso, formando parte de las materias obligatorias. El estudiante que la cursa adquiere una visión global de los proyectos técnicos que un profesional de la Arquitectura Técnica puede desarrollar. Para poder abordar la asignatura de proyectos técnicos, se utilizarán los conocimientos adquiridos en otras disciplinas técnicas de la titulación que se imparten en otras asignaturas obligatorias, como son las instalaciones, la seguridad, la construcción, por citar algunas de ellas, que se recomienda haber superado. Esta visión técnica de los proyectos, no solamente se analiza de forma aislada, sino que se contextualiza con la normativa y legislación aplicable en cada caso concreto.

  • CE32 : Knowledge of professional organization and basic procedures in the field of building and promotion.

 

Skills/Competences

  • CE27 : Ability to apply the advanced tools necessary for resolving the parts involved in the technical project and its management
  • CE28 : Aptitude for drafting technical projects for works and constructions that do not require an architectural project, as well as demolition and decoration projects.
  • O2 : To carry out technical activities of calculation, measurements, valuations, appraisals, and economic viability studies; to perform expert opinions, inspections, pathology analyses, and other similar ones, and to draft the corresponding reports, opinions, and technical documents; to carry out plan surveys of plots and buildings
