Course context for academic year 2026-27

El proyecto de edificación necesita de la aplicación conjunta de una toda serie de conocimientos que se imparten de forma específica e individualizada durante la carrera. Esto conlleva que, muchas veces el alumnado guarda esos conocimientos de forma compartimentada y sólo los mantiene hasta superar la asignatura específica.
En cuarto curso, la asignatura Proyectos de edificación, aborda el hecho edificatorio desde la definición gráfica del proyecto técnico de ejecución. Para ello, en esta asignatura se necesitan poner en práctica e interrelacionar los conocimientos adquiridos en otras disciplinas técnicas que conforman el currículum formativo del alumnado, bajo el enfoque integrador y transversal del desarrollo gráfico del proyecto. Paralelamente se motiva al alumnado en la interpretación y aplicación gráfica de los diferentes requisitos técnicos aplicables al proyecto de edificación.
Por objetivos de la asignatura en particular y de la titulación en general, solo se enfocan y valoran los criterios de calidad de las soluciones técnicas y gráficas. No se abordan criterios de calidad arquitectónica ni proyectual en este contexto.
El estudio y desarrollo de la documentación gráfica que constituye el proyecto de edificación, se desarrollará íntegramente de manera informatizada mediante programas CAD, técnicas que el alumnado de cuarto curso ya ha trabajado de manera específica en las asignaturas base de formación gráfica y que asimismo debe haber puesto en práctica en las diferentes asignaturas de otras áreas de conocimiento.

  • O1 : To direct the material execution of building works, their installations and elements, carrying out qualitative and quantitative control of what has been built by establishing and managing control plans for materials, systems, and work execution, preparing the corresponding records for their incorporation into the Building Book. To carry out the economic control of the work by preparing certifications and the settlement of the executed work.

 

Skills/Competences

  • CE13 : Ability to apply technical regulations to the building process and generate technical specification documents for building procedures and construction methods.
  • CE21 : Aptitude for analyzing, designing, and executing solutions that facilitate universal accessibility in buildings and their surroundings.
  • CE27 : Ability to apply the advanced tools necessary for resolving the parts involved in the technical project and its management
  • CE29 : Aptitude for drafting documents that are part of execution projects prepared in a multidisciplinary manner.
  • CE30 : Ability to analyze execution projects and translate them into the execution of works.
  • O4 : To prepare technical projects and supervise building works within the scope of their legal qualification.
