Course context for academic year 2026-27

Dado que el Arquitecto Técnico es especialista en construcción de estructuras de edificios, esta asignatura es fundamental para el posterior desarrollo de la profesión, y es por ello que la misma está relacionada con la práctica totalidad de las asignaturas de este grado. En la asignatura se estudian las estructuras metálicas y de madera, utilizadas en los edificios desde el punto de vista de la construcción. El estudiante adquiere con su estudio los conocimientos y criterios constructivos necesarios: estudio de los diferentes elementos estructurales, los procesos de ejecución de obra, su forma de trabajo, puesta en obra, sus principios fundamentales y la normativa de aplicación.

  • O1 : To direct the material execution of building works, their installations and elements, carrying out qualitative and quantitative control of what has been built by establishing and managing control plans for materials, systems, and work execution, preparing the corresponding records for their incorporation into the Building Book. To carry out the economic control of the work by preparing certifications and the settlement of the executed work.

 

Skills/Competences

  • CE07 : Aptitude for identifying construction elements and systems, defining their function and compatibility, and their placement on site in the construction process. To propose and solve constructive details.
