Course context for academic year 2026-27
Los conocimientos de Topografía son necesarios para poder desarrollar y llevar a cabo cualquier proyecto de edificación y urbanismo, en cada una de sus fases. La Topografía, se encuentra estrechamente relacionada con la ejecución y control de obra, la interpretación de planos, conocimientos de replanteos, así como, conocimientos de otras disciplinas afines como: Astronomía, Geodesia, Orientación, Cartografía, GIS, Fotogrametría, Satélites artificiales (GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO) y la Geomática. Por lo tanto, es conveniente que el alumno/a, posea conocimientos en Trigonometría Plana, Matemáticas, Geometría, Dibujo y programas de diseño asistido por ordenador (CAD), etc.

Skills/Skills
- O1 : To direct the material execution of building works, their installations and elements, carrying out qualitative and quantitative control of what has been built by establishing and managing control plans for materials, systems, and work execution, preparing the corresponding records for their incorporation into the Building Book. To carry out the economic control of the work by preparing certifications and the settlement of the executed work.
Conocimientos/Contenidos
- CE02 : Knowledge of infographic and cartographic procedures and methods in the field of building.
Skills/Competences
- CE03 : Aptitude for working with topographical instrumentation and proceeding to the graphic survey of plots and buildings, and their setting out on the ground.
- CE07 : Aptitude for identifying construction elements and systems, defining their function and compatibility, and their placement on site in the construction process. To propose and solve constructive details.
- O3 : To carry out technical activities of calculation, measurements, valuations, appraisals, and economic viability studies; to perform expert opinions, inspections, pathology analyses, and other similar ones, and to draft the corresponding reports, opinions, and technical documents; to carry out plan surveys of plots and buildings
- O4 : To prepare technical projects and supervise building works within the scope of their legal qualification.
