Course context for academic year 2025-26

La evaluación de proyectos de ingeniería requiere ineludiblemente de conocimientos técnicos a tal efecto, si bien éstos no son suficientes en ausencia de una adecuada evaluación de la viabilidad estratégica, económica y financiera de los mismos. Efectivamente, a la viabilidad técnica de una iniciativa en ingeniería debe sumarse un análisis pormenorizado del potencial que presenta bajo una perspectiva empresarial. Como futuros ingenieros, los alumnos del Grado en Ingeniería Aeroespacial deben ser capaces de valorar de forma objetiva los proyectos que se adscriben a su ámbito de especialidad, capacitándoles con ello para la dirección de proyectos en la materia.


Con el fin de ofrecer las herramientas necesarias para una valoración básica de un proyecto empresarial en el ámbito de la ingeniería aeroespacial, la asignatura Gestión empresarial y financiera en la industria aeroespacial se fundamenta en los principales conocimientos en las áreas de organización de empresas y de economía financiera y contabilidad. De este modo, se pretende que el alumnado, tras cursar la asignatura, disponga de los conocimientos básicos para poder iniciarse en la dirección y evaluación de proyectos empresariales, sentando a su vez las bases para poder expandir de forma autónoma su conocimiento al respecto.


En concreto, la asignatura se divide en dos bloques de contenido principales: evaluación estratégica (temas 1 a 4) y evaluación económica y financiera (temas 5 a 7). El primer bloque consistirá en una contextualización de la empresa y la industria, prosiguiéndose con un análisis tanto externo como interno, el estudio de los principales procesos de producción (así como sus consideraciones estratégicas) y, finalmente, las principales herramientas de referencia en el estudio de procesos de negocios. Por su parte, el segundo bloque inicia con el estudio de las cuentas anuales, que servirán como base para el desarrollo de los contenidos posteriores. Estos contenidos posteriores se centrarán en las principales técnicas de evaluación de inversiones y de análisis de la situación empresarial en base a los estados financieros.


Con este contenido y estructura, se pretende que el alumnado del Grado en Ingeniería Aeroespacial cuente con los conocimientos básicos que le permitan llevar a cabo un análisis crítico de los proyectos empresariales, habilitándose con ello tanto la evaluación individual de un proyecto como la evaluación y selección de entre las diferentes alternativas técnicamente viables desde el punto de vista de la ingeniería.

  • CG01 : Capacity for the design, development and management in the field of aeronautical engineering, in accordance with the knowledge acquired as established in section 5 of the order CIN/308/2009, of 9 February, aerospace vehicles, aerospace propulsion systems, aerospace materials, airport infrastructures, air navigation infrastructures and any space, traffic and air transport management system.
  • CG02 : Planning, drafting, direction and management of projects, calculations and manufacturing in the field of aeronautical engineering, in accordance with the knowledge acquired in accordance with section 5 of order CIN/308/2009, of 9 February, aerospace vehicles, aerospace propulsion systems, aerospace materials, airport infrastructures, air navigation infrastructures and any space, traffic and air transport management system.
  • CG03 : Installation, operation and maintenance in the field of aeronautical engineering, in accordance with the knowledge acquired as established in section 5 of the order CIN/308/2009, of 9 February, of aerospace vehicles, aerospace propulsion systems, aerospace materials, airport infrastructures, air navigation infrastructures and any space, traffic and air transport management system.
  • CG04 : Verification and Certification in the field of aeronautical engineering, in accordance with the knowledge acquired as established in section 5 of order CIN/308/2009, of 9 February, on aerospace vehicles, aerospace propulsion systems, aerospace materials, airport infrastructures, aeronautical infrastructures and any space, traffic and air transport management system.
  • CG05 : Ability to carry out activities of design, technical management, expertise, drafting of reports, opinions, and technical advice in tasks related to Aeronautical Technical Engineering, exercise of genuinely aerospace technical functions and positions.
  • CG07 : Capacity to analyse and assess the social and environmental impact of technical solutions.
  • CG08 : Knowledge, understanding and ability to apply the necessary legislation in the exercise of the profession of Aeronautical Technical Engineering.

 

Specific Competences

  • CE06 : Adequate knowledge of the concept of the company, the institutional and legal framework of the company and the ability to organise and manage companies.

 

Basic Competences

  • CB1 : That students have demonstrated possession and understanding of knowledge in an area of study that builds on the foundation of general secondary education, and is usually at a level that, while relying on advanced textbooks, also includes some aspects that involve knowledge from the cutting edge of their field of study.
