Competencies and objectives
Course context for academic year 2025-26
Introduction.
The course on body percussion and its practical resources aims to provide future teachers with all the educational strategies in relation to movement, neuromotor skills, dance and body percussion (on a theoretical and practical level) that will be useful for the civil service entrance exams.
Not only the practical character of the subject but also the correct elaboration of focused Learning Situations for the future candidates, the brilliant public explanation and the defence in front of the examining board will be part of the content of this subject.
To this end, the subject will revolve around the importance of cognitive and executive functions in relation to neuromotor skills through the BAPNE Method in order to be able to base each of the educational principles supported by articles, books and resources focused on new technologies with a single objective: to pass the competitive examinations to which the students will apply. Neuromotor skills will be the main axis to be able to articulate both the resources and the relevant foundations. To this end, teachers will be introduced to the knowledge of neuroscience in relation to education, corporal expression, musical expression and movement.
