- Comprender la importancia que tiene el factor humano como elemento estratégico de la empresa.
- Entender qué es la dirección de recursos humanos y cómo se desarrolla la función de personal en una empresa.
- Comprender la forma en que se analiza, diseña e implanta un plan estratégico de recursos humanos en una empresa.
- Conocer las herramientas básicas en las que se basa la dirección de recursos humanos para el análisis y desarrollo de estrategias de personal.
- Conocer los aspectos más importantes de cada una de las estrategias de recursos humanos derivadas del plan anterior (contratación, formación, retribución y evaluación del rendimiento)
- Entender cómo se diseñan e implantan las diferentes estrategias de RR.HH. de acuerdo con unas condiciones internas y externas dadas.
- Analizar qué estrategias de recursos humanos son más adecuadas para una determinada estrategia empresarial.
