Course context for academic year 2024-25

En la asignatura de Derecho Administrativo se explican y estudian los conceptos, institutos e instituciones y principios fundamentales que sustentan en esencia la Parte General del Derecho Administrativo. Con esta disciplina el estudiante debe estar en condiciones de obtener una formación jurídico-administrativa básica de los fundamentos del ordenamiento administrativo y del funcionamiento de las Administraciones Públicas en el Estado social y democrático de Derecho. Asimismo, debe conocer las principales instituciones administrativas, el régimen jurídico general de la actuación administrativa y las diferentes posiciones jurídicas del administrado, así como las garantías administrativas y judiciales determinantes de la sujeción de la Administración a la Ley y al Derecho. Esta asignatura, con ello, contribuye al perfil profesional del título y al desarrollo de las competencias específicas y genéricas del mismo al ofrecer el conocimiento de las relaciones de los ciudadanos, y de las organizaciones, con las administraciones públicas. El papel de la asignatura dentro del plan de estudios se articula dentro de los conocimientos básicos, estando conectada con los demás conocimientos jurídicos del plan de estudios y, de manera particular, con la asignatura optativa relativa a la actividad administrativa para la creación y funcionamiento de empresas.

  • CE2 : Capacity to understand and handle the concepts, methodology and techniques of Geography and Spatial Planning correctly.
  • CE3 : Capacity to understand and use the concepts of other disciplines correctly, especially history, law and town planning.
  • CE4 : Capacity to combine temporal and spatial dimensions when analysing and interpreting spatial planning.
  • CE9 : Capacity to present and transmit knowledge related to spatial analysis in an ordered, simple and clear manner, appropriate to the context.

  • CG1 : Capacity for critical analysis of the decisions taken by economic agents and those participating in labour relations.
