Competencies and objectives
Course context for academic year 2024-25
The sports training is based on the development of the physical, technical and tactical general and specific capacities of every sports modality to obtain the success. The methods of training have qualified traditionally depending on temporary parameters and intensity. From the point of view of the training, the physiological and physical aim, it is most adapted for the development of different methods of training that will allow to the GCAFD to know the most suitable strategies, based on scientific evidences, for the development of the capacities.
