Competencies and objectives

 

Course context for academic year 2023-24

Organización del aula de educación Infantil 0-3 y 3-6 años es una asignatura perteneciente al Grado en Maestro/a en Educación Infantil. En concreto, forma parte de las asignaturas de formación básica vinculadas al módulo de Organización del espacio escolar, materiales y habilidades docentes. Es una asignatura con una carga de 6 créditos ECTS, que se imparte en el primer semestre del primer curso del grado. Pertenece al área de conocimiento de la Didáctica y Organización Escolar (DOE).

Se orienta a promover el aprendizaje necesario para diseñar, implementar y evaluar las estrategias didácticas adecuadas para planificar el espacio, el tiempo, los recursos y los agrupamientos, tomando en consideración las características, las necesidades educativas, los ritmos de aprendizaje y la diversidad del alumnado de primer y segundo ciclo de Educación Infantil. También, muestra cómo incentivar la participación y coordinación de las actuaciones con las familias del alumnado. Por último, promueve la reflexión crítica y la mejora continua de la labor docente en relación a la organización del aula.

Dentro del plan de estudios del Grado de Maestra/o en Educación Infantil de la Universidad de Alicante, esta materia se relaciona estrechamente con otras asignaturas tales como (a) Diseño de los procesos educativos en la Educación Infantil, (b) Teoría e Historia de la Educación Infantil, (c) Observación, evaluación e innovación educativa, y (d) Innovaciones en los proyectos educativos de la Educación Infantil.

General Competences (CG)

  • CG2 : Capacity to learn and accept responsibility. Be aware of the learning process itself and self-regulate it. Capacity to find, use and integrate information. Show interest in learning throughout one's life and update one's professional competences and points of view, autonomously, focused according to the needs of the moment. Ensure balanced emotional growth.

Specific Competences (CE)

  • CE1 : Apply the elements dealt with in current children's education syllabus coherently: goals, competences, aims, content and evaluation criteria.
  • CE11 : Be involved in the different activities related to running infant schools, based on an understanding of their organisation.
  • CE13 : Understand the importance of the role of the teacher so as to collaborate with and guide parents of children aged 0-6 years as regards family education, and master social skills for dealing with the families of each individual child and families as a whole.
  • CE2 : Promote and facilitate learning in early childhood, from a globalising and integrating approach to the different cognitive, linguistic, emotional, motor, social, philosophical, cultural and volitive dimensions .
  • CE3 : Design and regulate harmonious learning contexts in contexts of diversity in Preschool Education that satisfy the unique educational needs of each child, learning difficulties, gender equality, equity and the respect for human rights.
  • CE4 : Foment coexistence both in and outside the Infant Education classroom and present the peaceful resolution of conflicts.
  • CE5 : Systematically observe learning and coexistence environments in Infant Education contexts, interpret educational practices according to the theoretical reference frameworks, reflect on them and act in consequence.
