Course context for academic year 2022-23

La asignatura se configura como una asignatura optativa de los Estudios de Grado en Derecho, que se oferta en el Itinerario 1 sobre Administración de Justicia, y que se ubica en el cuarto Curso de la Titulación. Tras el estudio de las asignaturas de “Introducción al Derecho Procesal” y “Derecho Procesal” –que incluye una parte de formación sobre el Proceso Civil Declarativo-, la asignatura de “Ejecución Civil y Procesos Civiles Especiales”, como su propio nombre indica, permite un estudio específico y pormenorizado de la fase de Ejecución Forzosa Civil, las medidas cautelares, y de los distintos Procesos Civiles Especiales actualmente vigentes en el ordenamiento procesal civil español.

Specific Competences (CE)

  • CE1 : Awareness of the importance of Law as a system for regulating social relationships.

  • CE17 : Capacity to apply general legal principles and regulations to factual suppositions.
  • CE3 : Capacity to use constitutional principles and values as tools for interpreting the legal code.
  • CE4 : Capacity to handle legal sources (legal, jurisprudential and doctrinal).
  • CE7 : Capacity to write legal documents.
  • CE8 : Master computer techniques for obtaining legal information (legislative, jurisprudential and bibliographical databases) and have the ability to use the Internet to obtain information and communicate data.
  • CE9 : Adquisición de una conciencia crítica en el análisis del ordenamiento jurídico y desarrollo de la dialéctica jurídica.
