Course context for academic year 2022-23
En la asignatura de Derecho Concursal se aborda el estudio del Derecho Concursal, que comprende las materias especificadas en el programa de la asignatura.
La importancia de esta materia radica en la necesidad que tienen los futuros graduados en Derecho especializados en la rama de empresa de conocer los principios básicos que inspiran el conjunto de normas jurídico privadas que, dentro del marco de nuestra constitución económica, se ocupan de regular las crisis económicas empresariales.
En cuanto al sentido y ubicación en el plan de estudios, la asignatura se ubica en el cuarto cursocon el fin de dotar de una base jurídica respecto de las normas jurídicas que regulan el concurso de acreedores que los estudiantes irán adquiriendo conformen avancen en los estudios pertinentes.
