Course context for academic year 2022-23
La asignatura Derecho de la Libertad de Creencias pretende formar al alumnado en el estudio del contenido de los derechos y libertades integrantes del derecho fundamental a la libertad de creencias, en el ámbito del Derecho interno y del comparado; tanto en su aspecto de derecho fundamental de la persona y de las comunidades en que se integra, como en la faceta de principio institucional que determina la actitud de los Poderes Públicos ante este derecho.
En ese marco institucional se atiende también a la formación del alumnado en el régimen jurídico de los principios caracterizadores y de la regulación de las relaciones entre las Administraciones Públicas y las Confesiones Religiosas.

- CE3 : Capacity to use constitutional principles and values as tools for interpreting the legal code.
- CE4 : Capacity to handle legal sources (legal, jurisprudential and doctrinal).
- CE6 : Capacity to read and interpret legal texts.
- CE8 : Master computer techniques for obtaining legal information (legislative, jurisprudential and bibliographical databases) and have the ability to use the Internet to obtain information and communicate data.
- CE9 : Adquisición de una conciencia crítica en el análisis del ordenamiento jurídico y desarrollo de la dialéctica jurídica.
