Course context for academic year 2022-23
En la asignatura de Derecho Mercantil se aborda el estudio de la parte general del Derecho Mercantil, el Derecho de la propiedad intelectual; el Derecho de Sociedades; los Contratos Mercantiles; el Derecho de los Valores; y el Derecho Concursal. La importancia de esta materia radica en la necesidad que tienen los futuros graduados e conocer el conjunto de normas jurídico privadas que, dentro del marco de nuestra constitución económica, se ocupan de regular la actividad económica que los empresarios desarrollan a través de las empresas de las que son titulares. En cuanto al sentido y ubicación en el plan de estudios, la asignatura se ubica en el cuarto curso, con el fin de dotar de una base jurídica respecto de las estructuras económicas y empresariales que los estudiantes irán adquiriendo conformen avancen en los estudios del Grado.
