General Competences (CG)

  • CG0 : Hablar bien en público
  • CG1 : Knowing how to integrate scientific and technical knowledge and apply it critically.
  • CG10 : Being skilled in the preparation of synthesis and presentation documents, and has experience in the preparation and presentation of oral communications and public defence.
  • CG2 : Acquiring the capacity for self-learning and working autonomously.
  • CG4 : Knowing how to function in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.

 

Specific Competences (CE)

  • CE16 : Being able to propose reasoned and reasonable management strategies and knowing how to assess the advantages and disadvantages of different management strategies.
  • CE17 : Developing the ability to use simulation models to improve the scientific advice needed to optimise management.
  • CE18 : Acquiring experience in the use of the Bemmfish bioeconomic simulation model to evaluate the effect of different management actions on the fishing system and enabling managers to assess the biological and economic consequences of the application of different policies.
  • CE19 : Knowing how to determine and use a wide range of biological and economic indicators and reference points as tools for fleet assessment and fisheries management support.
