Realización de prácticas preprofesionales supervisadas
Las prácticas externas ofrecen al alumno la posibilidad de aplicar los conocimientos y destrezas adquiridos a un proyecto de traducción real. Se favorece así el acercamiento a la realidad profesional, que permite el desarrollo no sólo de de las competencias lingüístico-textuales y traductológicas, sino también de aquellas relacionadas con la gestión de proyectos y la interacción con el resto de agentes implicados en el proceso de traducción, incluido el cliente final.

Specific Competences (CE)
- CE1 : Proficiency in the registers of legal, administrative and business language in the foreign language and in one's own language.
- CE10 : Capacity to translate highly complex texts of a speciality.
- CE11 : Mastery of advanced documentation techniques applied to the field of discourse in the speciality and assessment of the documentary resources that enable the understanding, production and translation of texts in the speciality to be adequately addressed.
- CE12 : Management capacity of professional translation projects.
- CE13 : Capacity to work in interdisciplinary teams and in international contexts.
- CE14 : Intermediation skills in multicultural environments.
- CE2 : Knowledge of the specialised subject area.
- CE3 : Mastery of the techniques of analysis and synthesis of documents pertaining to the thematic field of the speciality.
- CE4 : Expert handling of rhetorical-pragmatic strategies in a foreign language and in one's own language.
- CE5 : Acquire professional competence for the collation, proof-reading and editing of texts in one's own language.
- CE6 : Master advanced computer environments for translation.
