Course context for academic year 2020-21
Es una asignatura en la que se introducen los principales grupos de microfósiles, aprendiendo a reconocerlos y utilizarlos para la resolución de problemas de caracter bioestrátigráfico y de reconstrucciones paleoambientales. Una parte importante de la asignatura se dedicará al análisis de microfacies en lámina delgada, trabajo en el que los alumnos podrán aplicar e interrelacionar los conocimientos de paleontología, mineralogía, sedimentología y estratigrafía adquiridos a lo largo de los estudios de grado.
Se aconseja haber cursado las siguientes asignaturas: Paleontología, Sedimentología y Petrografía sedimentaria
