Course context for academic year 2018-19

Esta asignatura junto con “Dinámicas y estructuras de la población. Los nuevos yacimientos de empleo” configuran la materia del Master que tiene como enfoque los temas relacionados con la población, cualificación y promoción del empleo. En este sentido, esta asignatura ofrece una amplia visión sobre los distintos aspectos que conforman los mercados locales de empleo entre los que pueden citarse: la perspectiva de política económica centrada en el empleo, la importancia de la figura del emprendedor como generador de nuevas fuentes de empleo, el papel que juegan las entidades locales y sus Agencias de Desarrollo Local en el desarrollo de sus respectivos mercados locales de empleo y la importancia de la Economía Social a nivel local.

  • CE5 : Capacity to act as mediator between the different agents and administrations involved in local development and territorial innovation processes.
  • CE6 : Capacity to advise and coordinate the different agents and administrations involved in local development and territorial innovation processes.
  • CE7 : Capacity to make decisions, solve problems and handle unforeseen events in the field of local development and territorial innovation.
  • CE8 : Capacity to explain and transmit knowledge and actions concerning territorial development in an ordered, simple and clear manner, appropriate to the context.

  • Conocer las relaciones entre los mercados locales y las posibilidades de  promoción y creación de empleo.
  • Diferenciar las posibles estrategias de promoción y creación de empleo.
  • Entender las políticas públicas de promoción y creación de empleo.
  • Comprender el papel del emprendedurismo como fuente de empleo.
  • Conocer las técnicas de dinamización y habilidades sociales que deben manejar los responsables de las Agencias de Desarrollo Local.
