Course context for academic year 2018-19

En esta asignatura  se aborda el  estudio del Derecho de Sociedades, que comprende la parte general del Derecho de Sociedades y las Partes Especiales. La importancia de esta materia radica en la necesidad que tienen los futuros graduados en Derecho de conocer los principios básicos que inspiran  el conjunto de normas jurídico privadas que, dentro del marco de nuestra constitución económica, se ocupan de regular las organizaciones a través de las cuales se ejercitan en la actualidad las principales  actividades económicas

En cuanto al sentido y ubicación en el plan de estudios, la asignatura se ubica en el cuarto curso, con el fin de dotar de una base jurídica respecto de las estructuras económicas y empresariales que los estudiantes irán adquiriendo conformen avancen en los estudios.
