Course context for academic year 2017-18

Relying on its strong technical and professional training and certification system and in accordance with customers of different ICT technology levels, Huawei certification is committed to providing customers with authentic, professional certification, and addresses the need for the development of quality engineers that are capable of supporting Enterprise networks in the face of an ever changing ICT industry. The Huawei certification portfolio for routing and switching (R&S) is comprised of three levels to support and validate the growth and value of customer skills and knowledge in routing and switching technologies.
The Huawei Certified Network Associate (HCNA) certification level validates the skills and knowledge of IP network engineers to implement and support small to medium-sized enterprise networks. The HCNA certification provides a rich foundation of skills and knowledge for the establishment of such enterprise networks, along with the capability to implement services and features within existing enterprise networks, to effectively support true industry operations.
HCNA certification covers fundamentals skills for TCP/IP, routing, switching and related IP network technologies, together with Huawei data communications products, and skills for versatile routing platform (VRP) operation and management.
The Huawei Certified Network Professional (HCNP-R&S) certification is aimed at enterprise network engineers involved in design and maintenance, as well as professionals who wish to develop an in depth knowledge of routing, switching, network efficiency and optimization technologies. HCNP-R&S consists of three units including Implementing Enterprise Routing and Switching Network (IERS), Improving Enterprise Network Performance (IENP), and Implementing Enterprise Network Engineering Project (IEEP), which includes advanced IPv4 routing and switching technology principles, network security, high availability and QoS, as well as application of the covered technologies in Huawei products.
The Huawei Certified Internet Expert (HCIE-R&S) certification is designed to imbue engineers with a variety of IP network technologies and proficiency in maintenance, for the diagnosis and troubleshooting of Huawei products, to equip engineers with in-depth competency in the planning, design and optimization of large-scale IP networks.

EXPERTO EN TECNOLOGÍAS Y CERTIFICACIONES DE TELECOMUNICACIONES

 

General Competences

  • CG1 : Coneixement en profunditat de les tecnologies concretes que estan sent implementades pels principals fabricants d'equips de telecomunicacions (Huawei, Juniper, Cisco...).
  • CG2 : Capacitat d'anàlisi dels requeriments necessaris per als diferents sistemes i serveis de telecomunicacions i adequació de les solucions reals oferides pels esmentats fabricadors per a cada situació.
  • CG3 : Formació tant en els aspectes fonamentals d'aquestes tecnologies com els més pràctics lligats a la certificació en productes i serveis reals de telecomunicacions en col·laboració amb els esmentats fabricadors.

 

Specific Competences

  • CE1 : Preparació per a superar les certificacions oficials dels principals fabricants d'equips de telecomunicacions en les seues diverses modalitats relatives als sistemes i serveis de telecomunicacions.

  • HD3 : Evaluar los aspectos fundamentales de dichas tecnologías como los más prácticos ligados a la certificación en productos y servicios reales de telecomunicaciones en colaboración con los mencionados fabricantes

 

Conocimientos/Contenidos

  • CON1 : Possess and understand knowledge that provides a basis or opportunity to be original in the development and/or application of ideas, often in a research context
  • CON2 : Conocer en profundidad de las tecnologías concretas que están siendo implementadas por los principales fabricantes de equipos de telecomunicaciones (Huawei, Juniper, Cisco).
  • CON3 : Analizar los requerimientos necesarios para los diferentes sistemas y servicios de telecomunicaciones y adecuación de las soluciones reales ofrecidas por los mencionados fabricantes para cada situación.

  • C3 : Aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos para superar las certificaciones oficiales de los principales fabricantes de equipos de telecomunicaciones en sus diversas modalidades relativas a los sistemas y servicios de telecomunicaciones.
